We are over here on Bhavani Main Road, right near the Anna Statue in Perundurai. It is a busy spot and most people around here know exactly where the statue is, so finding us isn't too hard. Srilasri Vivekam Chit Private Limited has been running from this office at 67/2 for a while now. The building is just a regular place where we handle the daily paperwork and talk to folks who drop by. Managing a chit fund involves a lot of sit-down work and keeping track of numbers. Some days it gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic going past towards the main road. We usually have people coming in during the mornings to check on their accounts or just to ask how things are going. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and chairs and files tucked away in cabinets. We keep things moving and try to make sure everyone gets their turn when the time comes. My desk is usually covered in papers by midday. Perundurai is a good place to be based because it's easy for people from the nearby villages to reach us. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and deal with whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the ledger entries.
