Sricast Industriess

Our shop is located at 44, Pilliyar Koil Street. We’re right inside the Karunambikarice Mill Compound in Karatour. It’s an old industrial area, and Sricast Industriess fits right in with the rest of the businesses here. There is always the hum of activity around the compound. We share the space with other workshops, so there's a lot of coming and going. The dust from the mill sometimes drifts over, but we don’t mind it much. We have a small crew and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how each other works without having to say much. Our days are filled with manual labor and checking on the equipment. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t use a lot of high-tech stuff. We rely on what we know and the experience we’ve gathered over the years. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us doing the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it gets really hot under the tin roof. We just drink plenty of water and keep at it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We take pride in just getting through the day’s list and locking up the gate at night. Tomorrow will be much the same, and that’s fine by us. We’ve got a good routine going and it works.
