Sri Venkateswaraa Sizing Mill Private Limited is where we spend most of our days. It's located over at No.1-483/7 in Thattan Kuttai. If you know the area, it's not hard to find. We mainly handle the sizing part of the textile process. It's basically about making the yarn stronger before it goes onto the looms. The mill has been around for some time now. Some of the guys here have been working these machines since they were young. It is loud inside, but you get used to the noise after a few hours. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Thattan Kuttai is a quiet spot mostly, except for the sound of industry here and there. We don't really do anything fancy. We just take the yarn, apply the size, and get it ready for the next stage. Sometimes the machines act up or the power goes out, which is just part of the job.
