Sri Rama Promoters & Constructions Llp is based in Punjai Puliampatti, which is out in the Erode district. Our specific location is 14/12 Sri Lakshmi Nagar, right on the Covai Main Road in the Ramanathapuram area. Being on the main road is handy because we are constantly moving between Erode and Coimbatore for work. Our office is a practical, ground-floor space that’s easy for people to find. We’ve got a big desk where we roll out the blueprints and a couple of cupboards for the legal documents. It’s often a bit dusty inside because of the road construction and the traffic passing by on the highway. We’re a small team, and most of the day is spent either on-site at a new building or sitting here making calls to suppliers. There isn’t any fancy air conditioning; we usually just leave the door open and keep the fans running. We keep a stash of site helmets and measuring tapes near the entrance for when we have to run out. Living and working in Punjai Puliampatti means we know the local land well. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just have this one office where we manage everything from the initial land purchase to the final brickwork. It’s hard work, but being right here on Covai Main Road makes it feel like we’re part of the local growth happening in the area.
