Our setup for Sobha Developers Ltd at 7/105 Nehru Nager is right in the middle of Arachalur, Tamil Nadu. It is a pretty straightforward location. If you are looking for us, we are just another building on that street. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and files and some old chairs. We do a lot of the ground-level work here, making sure things are moving along on the different sites nearby. It can get pretty quiet in Arachalur, which is nice for getting through a lot of paperwork. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are anyway. The staff here are mostly locals who know the area well. We don't use fancy words or try to sound like we’re in a boardroom in a big city. We talk about the weather, the local news, and the work that needs to be done by the end of the week. It’s a very honest way to work. There are always stacks of documents around because there is always something to track. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a simple office for a busy job, and that seems to work out just fine for everyone involved in the daily operations here at Nehru Nager.
