Shri Adhiyaman Weaving Mills Privatelimited

Shri Adhiyaman Weaving Mills is located out in Sengadu, near Thottipalayam Karavali. We are under the Mathapur Post area. The mill is on survey number 56 1L. It is a bit of a trek to get out here from the main town, but it is much quieter compared to the city noise. We have the looms running most of the time, so there is a constant rhythmic thumping in the air that you can hear from the road. We are a private limited company, but we keep things very informal around the office. Most of us wear regular clothes and do not worry about being too polished or sounding corporate. The focus is purely on the weaving work. We have a lot of threads and finished pieces of cloth moving through the floor every single day. It is hard physical work and the days can be quite long when we have a lot of orders. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just weave and monitor the machines. The office is basically just a desk near the front door where we keep the logs and answer the phone. Sometimes the dust from the weaving process gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job. We have been in this spot for a while and the local people know us well. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the cloth comes out right.
