Sen Kumaaran Infotech is situated at No.91A on Kangayam Road, right in Chennimalai. We’re very close to the Chennimalai Bus Stop, which is handy for people who don't want to drive all the way into the shop. It’s a busy little area, especially when the buses are coming and going. Our space is mostly dedicated to computer repairs, software help, and whatever else people need for their devices. We started this because there weren't many places nearby to get a laptop fixed without a long wait. The shop is small and usually has a few computers taken apart on the main bench. We don't have a fancy waiting room, but people don't seem to mind. They usually just drop their stuff off and pick it up later. We know most of the regular faces who pass by Kangayam Road every day. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to customers. We just explain what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost to fix. Sometimes the internet in the area gets slow, which can be a pain for us, but we make it work. It’s just a straightforward operation here.
