Our branch here is actually over in Erode, specifically on Perumal Kovil Street in T.N.Palayam. Even though we are listed with the Bangalore name, this is where the daily grind happens for our local projects. The office is pretty simple, tucked away in the Gobi taluk. We spend most of our time dealing with site reports and making sure the equipment is ready for the next shift. It’s a lot of back and forth between us and the guys out in the field. The weather here can get quite hot, so we usually start pretty early in the morning to beat the sun. Most of us here have been working together for a few years, so we have a good rhythm. We handle a lot of different materials and keeping track of everything can be a headache sometimes. There’s always a pile of paperwork on the desk and someone knocking on the door with a question about a delivery. We don’t have any fancy corporate lounges or anything like that. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. We focus on getting the concrete poured and the roads laid down without too much fuss. You get used to the noise of the machinery after a while. It’s just the way it is when you’re building things. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the schedule has other ideas. Just part of the job here in Tamil Nadu. It's just us doing the work day in and day out.
