Rajam Tex

You can find Rajam Tex at No. 18 Pary Nagar 2nd Street, which is just near the Palayapalayam Perivu on Perundurai Main Road. It is a decent spot, though the main road can get very busy during the morning rush. Our building is a simple one-story place with a concrete floor that we try to keep clean, even though the lint from the textiles seems to get everywhere. We spend our days watching over the looms and making sure the thread doesn't snap. It is a repetitive kind of work, but it keeps us focused. We have a small desk at the front where we keep our records and talk to anyone who drops by. The light comes in through the front door and a few high windows, so it can get a bit dim in the corners. We don’t have any air conditioning, so we rely on a couple of standing fans that rattle when they are on. Most of the people around here are also in the textile business, so there is a lot of talk about yarn prices and machine parts when we see each other on 2nd Street. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, people just know we are here because of the sound of the machinery running throughout the day. It is a straightforward place where we just focus on getting the daily production finished without too much fuss.
