Om Sai Aromatics

So we are located in the Shree Kalaivani Complex. It’s a pretty busy building in Gobichettipalayam. Our room is number twelve, which is on the ground floor near the back. You have to walk past a few other shops to find us. Kabilar Street is usually full of bikes and people going about their business. We deal with all sorts of aromatic products. It’s a small space, so the smell of the oils and powders really stays in the air. Some days it’s quite strong, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started Om Sai Aromatics because we knew a bit about how these things are made. It’s not a huge factory operation. We mostly just pack things up and talk to customers who drop by. The complex can get a bit noisy in the afternoons when everyone is out. We keep a fan going because it gets stuffy in the room. There are piles of boxes everywhere, honestly. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most of the people who buy from us have been coming here for a long time. They know the quality is fine and they like that we are local. It’s just a simple business on a busy street. We like the routine of opening up every morning and seeing who stops in.
