Nalan Food Products

Nalan Food Products is located at number 30 on Kasthuribai Street in Kugalur. We are in the Gobichettipalayam area, which is a quiet place compared to the big cities. We make a variety of food products right here in our small facility. The street is mostly quiet, except when we have a truck coming in to load up. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood, so it feels very local. We don't use a lot of fancy machinery; it’s more about the traditional ways of preparing and packing the food. Our days are spent measuring ingredients, mixing things up, and making sure the packaging is sealed properly. It’s repetitive work, but we try to keep a steady rhythm. The building is older and has its quirks, like doors that stick or a roof that makes noise when it rains. We don't have a big showroom or a website with lots of photos. We just rely on the fact that people know we are here and they like what we make. Sometimes we run out of a certain item because we only make small batches at a time. We aren't trying to expand into some massive company; we just want to keep making our products the way we always have. It’s a decent way to make a living and keep the local community supplied with what they need. We just take things as they come and focus on the daily chores.
