Kandappa Street is one of those narrow lanes where everyone kind of knows each other. We are at number 17, which is basically a small shopfront and a back room for storage. Meenashi Pharma has been sitting here for some time now. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, but we stay busy with local orders. The building is older, with those heavy shutters we have to pull down every evening. Inside, there are shelves stacked high with medicine boxes and crates. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, and we sometimes trip over the extra boxes. When the sun hits the street in the afternoon, it gets really quiet, then picks up again around five o'clock. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure the logistics work out for our customers. Sometimes people just walk in looking for something specific, and we check the ledgers to see if it's in stock. It's mostly manual work, counting stock and checking expiry dates. There isn't much to say about our history; we just started here and stayed. The street name is easy to remember, and we're right near the corner. Dealing with pharmaceutical supplies means we spend a lot of time on the phone with wholesalers. We drink a lot of coffee while waiting for the morning delivery truck to show up at the door. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where we do our jobs every day.
