L.V.S. Eye Hospital

Our place is at No. 13/A on Palaniappa Street, which is directly opposite the Government Hospital. Being right across from the G.H. means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We see people coming and going at all hours of the day. Our focus here is on eye care, so we have various rooms set up for testing vision and checking on different eye conditions. It is a busy environment, and the waiting room often has a few people sitting around waiting for their turn. We try to keep things moving steadily, but sometimes medical checkups take longer than expected. That is just the nature of the work. Palaniappa Street is a well-known location, so finding us isn't usually a problem for our patients. The building itself is practical and doesn't have any unnecessary decorations. We have our equipment, our desks, and a small staff that knows how to handle the daily rush. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the main hospital nearby, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time looking at charts, adjusting frames, and talking to people about their sight. It is a very hands-on job and we take it one patient at a time. We have been part of this street's history for a good while, and we just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without any big corporate talk.
