Our office is at 1D Thangam Castle in Thangam Nagar. It’s out near Kathirampatti Post in Erode. Despite the name "Luxury," we are a pretty down-to-earth group. We work with linen and other fabrics. The building is called a castle, but it’s really just a normal place where we keep our operations running. Erode is a big hub for textiles, so we fit right in. We spend our days checking quality and making sure the linen is right. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We have tea and talk about the news while we work. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the weather or transport issues, and we just deal with it as it comes. We don’t have a fancy website with professional photos. We just take pictures of the fabric with our phones if someone needs to see it. It’s a simple way of doing business. We’ve been at this location for a while. Our neighbors know us, and we know them. We don’t use words like "excellence" or "integrity" in every sentence. We just do the work and try to be honest with our customers. If someone wants linen, they come to us. It’s a quiet life out here in Thangam Nagar, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. No big speeches or goals. Just fabric.
