Our office for Balakrishna Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is situated on Rasipuram Main Road in the Kumaramangalam Post area of Thiruchengode. It is right out there where you see a lot of traffic heading towards the main parts of town. We deal mostly with surgical supplies and medical equipment that doctors and hospitals use. It is the kind of place where there are always crates being moved around or boxes being taped up for delivery. We are not a big corporate team with suits; we are just regular people who know a lot about medical gear. The road outside can get dusty, especially in the dry season, but we keep the inside tidy enough for the work we do. It is a straightforward business. We take the orders, find the items in the warehouse part, and get them sent off. Thiruchengode is a good place to be based, even if it feels a bit far out for some. We have got a routine that works for us, starting early before the sun gets too high. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that.
