If you are looking for Kovai Medical Centre, you just need to head over to No. 68. We have been operating out of this building for quite some time. It is a simple place, and we don't go in for big signs or flashy lights to get attention. Most people who come to see us are from the immediate neighborhood and already know the way. The front door is a bit heavy and sticks a little when the weather gets humid, but we have all learned how to handle it. Inside, the setup is kept very basic. There is a small reception area and then the rooms where the work happens. We try to keep the magazines in the waiting area somewhat current, but they still get a bit worn out. The lighting is quite bright, which is helpful during the darker evening hours. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of people who need our help. It is not a massive operation, which actually makes it easier for us to keep track of everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the waiting room fills up fast, and people end up chatting with each other while they wait. It has a real neighborhood feel to it. You won't find any corporate art on our walls, just some old notices and a clock that ticks a little too loudly. We are just here doing our jobs at No. 68.
