Jeeva Coffee Bar

Jeeva Coffee Bar has been here in Chithode for a while now. We are right at Door No. 35, basically just next to the State Bank of India in Kongampalayam. It is a simple place where people from the neighborhood stop by for a drink. Most mornings, you will see folks heading to the bank or workers from the nearby shops coming in. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a regular spot with tables and chairs that have seen some use over the years. We keep the place running every day because people expect us to be open when they need their break. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but usually, it is just a steady flow of locals. We handle everything ourselves, from making the coffee to cleaning up the spills. The fans hum in the background and there is always some chatter going on. It isn't a quiet library, that's for sure. We know most of our regulars by their names or at least what they usually order. If you are passing through Kongampalayam, you will find us easily since we are so close to the bank. It is just a straightforward shop for people who want a quick stop. Nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on getting the drinks out and making sure there is a place for everyone to sit for a few minutes before they get back to work.
