Indu Granite

Our small business is over at number 39 in Anna Nagar, which is part of Pallapalayam in the Kanjikovil area. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We work with granite, mostly helping people out with whatever they need for their houses. It’s just a few of us here, and we handle everything from unloading the raw material to showing customers around the yard. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers telling us what to do. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we manage. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy reception area with coffee machines. Usually, we just sit on the plastic chairs out front and talk through what’s needed. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know most of the people who stop by. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our gate. We try to be fair and keep things simple. If we say we’ll have something ready, we try our best to make it happen on time. It’s just a regular local business, nothing more and nothing less. We take pride in the fact that we've stayed open this long just by doing honest work day in and day out. That is just us.
