Guhan Ent Hospital

Guhan Ent Hospital is located right at 259Brough Road, and it’s been a staple in this area for quite a while. Being a specialized place for ears, noses, and throats means we see a lot of kids with sniffles and older folks who are having trouble hearing. The building is straightforward, and we try to keep things as calm as possible despite the noise from Brough Road. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The chairs in the waiting area are sturdy, and the magazines are usually a few months old. Our staff consists of people who genuinely like what they do, even if the days get long and the paperwork starts to pile up on the desks. We spend a lot of time cleaning instruments and talking to patients about why their ears hurt after a swim or how to deal with a seasonal allergy. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We know our patients by name, and often their parents too if they’ve been coming here since they were small. The coffee machine in the corner is a bit temperamental, but it gets the job done during the night shifts. We don't put up big billboards or try to sound like a giant institution. We’re just a local specialty hospital that focuses on one thing and tries to do it reasonably well for the neighborhood. It is a simple life of helping people hear and breathe a bit better.
