Friends Of The Earth

Friends Of The Earth is based out of No. 366/2 on the B. P Agraharam stretch of Bhavani Main Road. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of town, but it is a good spot for us. The building is not brand new, but it holds everything we need. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come up. It is not a high-pressure environment here. We have some regulars who stop by just to see what is going on or to drop things off. The road outside can get pretty noisy with trucks and buses, but once you step inside, it is a bit calmer. We do not have a massive staff, just a few of us who care about the work. People often ask what we do exactly, and we just tell them to come by and see. We have tried to keep the place organized, though sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when we are busy. That is just part of it. Being on Bhavani Main Road means we are easy to reach for anyone in the B. P Agraharam area. We do not use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local group trying to do something useful from our little corner here. If you see the sign at 366/2, that is us. Come in and say hello if you are around the neighborhood.
