Even though our name says Bangalore, we are actually located at 12 Sathi Nagar in Gobichettipalayam. It’s right near Tamil Nagar in Tamil Nadu. It’s a bit of a drive from the big city, but we like it here. We are developers who focus on projects involving fire safety and luxury setups. The office is a simple building in a quiet neighborhood. 638452 is the pin code if you need it. We spend a lot of time traveling between here and various project sites. It’s not always easy managing things from a smaller town, but we make it work with a lot of phone calls and trips back and forth. Our team is small. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s mostly just the people who do the actual planning and building. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, and we aren't always great at keeping everything organized. But when it comes to the actual development work, we take it seriously. We aren't about fancy slogans or big promises. We just look at the land, look at the plans, and try to build something that won't have problems later. It’s a steady process. Being in Sathi Nagar gives us a good sense of community, which is nice when you’re in the business of building things for people.
