FINWEST REALTORS AND DEVELOPERS LLP is based at 34/60 on Kannagi Street. This is a bit of a residential area, so it’s usually quieter than the main roads. We have a small setup here where we handle all the paperwork that comes with real estate. Most of our day is spent talking to people or visiting different properties around the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk from morning till night. We’re often out walking the streets, looking at plots, or meeting with owners to talk about things. Our office is fairly plain, just the essentials like a couple of computers and a place to sit and talk. We get a lot of neighbors stopping by just to ask what’s happening with certain buildings nearby. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. There’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and getting all the documents in order. Sometimes things move slow, and other times it’s a total rush. We’ve learned to just go with the flow of how the property market works. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us trying to make sense of the real estate scene here. It’s a lot of legwork, but we’re used to it by now. Kannagi Street has been a good home for our little operation for a long time.
