Our spot is right by the National Highway 47 on Nasiyanur Road in Gangapuram. If you are driving that way, you can’t really miss it. It is a big place where a lot of textile trade happens every day. There are always people coming and going, mostly folks looking for fabrics or trying to sell what they have made. It feels like a small city inside sometimes with all the stalls and the noise. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized so people can find what they need. The location is good because the trucks can get in and out pretty easily from the highway. It gets busy during the peak seasons, and that is when things get a bit hectic around here. We have all sorts of people walking through the doors, from big buyers to small shop owners. It is a lot of walking, honestly. My feet usually ache by the end of the shift. But it is interesting to see all the different patterns and cloths that come through. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep this market running smooth. It is not always quiet, and the traffic on the road outside can be a headache, but we like being right in the middle of all the action. You see something new every single day when you work in a place like this.
