Rani Chemicals

Our facility is located at 48/1 Attayampalayam in the Gangapuram area of Erode. We are out near Chithode, which is a bit away from the main city center. Being in Erode, a lot of what goes on here is connected to the local industries and agriculture. At Rani Chemicals, our day starts early. The building is a simple structure made of concrete and sheet metal. It gets the job done. We deal with various chemicals, so the air usually has a specific sharp scent to it. We take care with how we store things, keeping everything in its right place on the floor. It’s a very hands-on job. There’s no fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting room. We have a small office space with an old desk where the logs are kept. Most of the staff live nearby in the village areas, so we all know each other's families. When the rains come, the road outside can get a bit muddy, but the trucks still manage to get through. We spend the hours loading and unloading or checking the drums. It’s physical work and it can be tiring when the sun is out, but it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have our names on the gate and a phone that rings when people need things. It's a quiet enough life out here in Gangapuram most of the time.
