It’s not some huge operation, just us working through the folders and meeting with folks from the neighborhood. Perundurai is a busy little place and being in the Err Complex means there is always someone passing by the door. We like the vibe of this area. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like tables, chairs, and all our filing cabinets. We don’t go for anything too flashy because that’s not really our style. People come in to pay their monthly dues or just to ask questions about how the next auction is going to work out. We’ve stayed at this same address for a good number of years now.
