We are located over on North Street in Govindnayampadiyam. It’s a quiet enough spot at number 9. We handle surgical supplies and equipment for the local area. It’s not a huge operation, just a small shop where we keep everything organized. We spend a lot of time checking dates and making sure the stock is clean. People from around here know they can come to us when they need something specific for a clinic or home care. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic like a grocery store might. Usually, it's people who know exactly what they are looking for. We’ve been in this building for some time. The walls are a bit plain and we don't have fancy lights, but it works for what we do. It’s mostly just keeping the inventory moving and answering the phone. Sometimes deliveries from the city take a while to get here, so we have to plan ahead. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of town. We know most of our regular customers by name. It’s more personal that way. We don't use any big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what we have in stock and what we can get for them. The street outside is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We open early and stay until the evening. That’s our daily routine and we are used to it by now.
