Down in Gandhi Nagar, Vaikalmedu, you can find our shop, 3Rd Eye Automation. We are based out here in Gobichettypalayam and we spend most of our time dealing with sensors, cameras, and all those little gadgets that make things run on their own. It’s funny because people think automation is all very clean and futuristic, but for us, it mostly involves climbing ladders and getting our hands dirty with grease and old wiring. We spend a lot of time traveling around the local area to different sites. The shop itself is often empty during the middle of the day because we’re out installing stuff. When we are back at the base in Vaikalmedu, we’re usually troubleshooting some software or testing out a new batch of sensors that just came in. We don’t have a fancy front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, it’s just one of us in work clothes trying to figure out why a gate motor isn't clicking. We’ve been in Gobichettypalayam for a good while now and people know they can just give us a call if something stops working. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to make sure your security system or your automated lights actually work when you need them to. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of coffee to get through some of these jobs.
