Zone Builders

Zone Builders operates out of the Revenue Tower in Kothamangalam. Our office is at number 35 F. It’s a familiar building for most people in this part of Ernakulam, which makes it easy for folks to drop in. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on various construction and building projects. The vibe in the office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, we are in work clothes because we’ve either just come from a site or are about to head to one. Kothamangalam is a nice place to be based; it has its own pace. We handle the day-to-day tasks of managing builds, talking to suppliers, and making sure the workers know what the plan is for the day. There is always a lot of coordination involved in what we do. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are delays with materials or weather, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local team trying to build things properly. Most of our days are spent on the ground rather than behind a desk. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to get the paperwork sorted or to meet with someone about a new project. We’ve built a steady rhythm here over the years, and we plan to keep going just like this. This building feels like home now, and we know everyone in the hallway.
