We are located right in the Palakkad Municipality area, specifically inside the Mini Complex on the first floor. If you know the area near the main offices, you’ve probably walked past us a few times without even noticing. It is a busy spot with lots of traffic and people coming and going for their own errands. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. We spend most of our days dealing with the pharmaceutical side of things, making sure the orders are right and the paperwork is filed away correctly. It gets quite warm in Palakkad during the summer months, so the office usually has the fans going full blast all day long. Sometimes the noise of the street comes through the windows, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are just a small group of people working here in the municipality building. It isn't a massive corporate setup with fancy furniture or anything like that. We just focus on what needs doing and try to stay on top of the schedule. There are quite a few other shops and offices in this complex too, so there is always someone around to chat with during tea breaks. We usually head down to the little stall nearby for our snacks. It is a straightforward kind of life here in Palakkad, and we prefer keeping things that way without too much fuss.
