Xicz Attire Privatelimited operates out of Laurel Apartments. We are specifically in B 201, Nagarjuna. It’s located on Info Park Road in the Kokkattutharayil area. Being in Kochi, specifically Ernakulam, means there is always something going on around us. The 682030 area is quite active. We aren't in a big industrial warehouse or anything like that. We work from an apartment setup which makes things feel a bit more relaxed and less like a cold office. It’s a bit different than what some people expect from a private limited company, but it works for us. We handle all our attire business from these rooms. The space is filled with samples and paperwork most days. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of inventory coming in. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests. It’s just us working at our desks. Info Park Road is usually busy with people going to work at the big tech parks, but we are just doing our own thing here. It’s a good spot to be in Kochi. We like the local food stalls nearby for lunch. The whole setup is very down-to-earth. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to get the work done and keep the business moving. It’s a tight space but we make it work every single day without much fuss.
