Windy Oaks Exports Private Limited is located at Erumbayil House, right along the NH47 in Kalamassery. Jackson Mathew handles things here. Being near the highway is pretty convenient for an export business because trucks can get in and out without too much trouble, though the traffic in Cochin can be a real pain some days. We’ve got a basic setup here in Changampuzha. It’s not a fancy glass office, just a place where we get the export work sorted. We spend most of our time dealing with containers and making sure the numbers match up on the invoices. It’s a lot of back and forth with the docks and the transport guys. Sometimes the rain here in Ernakulam slows things down, but we just keep pushing through. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B without any major disasters. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone with a customer and the next you’re checking a crate. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this house for a while now and the neighbors know us well. It’s just a normal business trying to do the work we do. We don't always get everything right on the first try, but we fix it and keep going. That’s how you learn in this trade. We're just glad to be situated here in this part of Cochin and keeping the work moving.
