You can find us at Palarivattom Junction, right on the first floor of Teejay Estate. It is a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of the international paperwork and student stuff that people need when they are looking to go abroad. The office is basically just a few rooms with desks and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of our time explaining requirements to people who drop in. It is not a very quiet place because of the traffic from the junction, but it is a good spot because everyone knows where Palarivattom is. We have been here in Cochin for quite some time now. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We usually have the radio on low in the background while we sort through applications. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out like everyone else in the area. It is a straightforward job. We help people with their questions and try to keep the paperwork moving along. There isn't any fancy decor here, just the basics like tables and chairs and a water cooler. It is just a normal office where we put in our hours every day. Most of our visitors are students or parents who have a lot of questions about moving overseas for their studies.
