Venforce International Private Limited is located at Lakshmi Nivas, which is part of the Kaippillil house setup in Nayarambalam. It’s a bit outside the main rush of Kochi, which we actually prefer. Our office isn't in a high-rise building. It’s a more traditional space where you can actually see trees and hear birds outside while you work. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just a small one so people know they’ve reached the right house. Inside, it is a modest setup with a few desks and plenty of tea. We spend a lot of our day working through tasks and chatting about what needs to be done next. Being in the Manattuparambu area means we avoid the worst of the city traffic, though the commute can still be a bit of a journey depending on the weather. We are a small group of people and we like it that way. There aren't any big boardrooms or expensive furniture here. We use the same table for our meetings as we do for our lunch breaks. It’s a very practical way to run a business. The local post office is just a short walk away, which makes it easy to handle our mail. We don't use much corporate talk because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just regular people working out of a house in Kochi, trying to do things the right way.
