You can find our office right near the Kaloor Metro Station, which is very convenient for anyone using the train. We are in the Penta Tower building, specifically in Room 114 on the first floor. Ernakulam is always so busy, and this area in Kaloor is no exception with all the people moving around the metro and the bus stops nearby. Being in Penta Tower means there are lots of other offices around us, so it can feel pretty crowded in the hallways sometimes. We spend most of our time here dealing with members and sorting out the different accounts. The office is pretty basic with just enough room for the staff and a place for visitors to sit down while they wait. Since we are so close to the metro, it is easy for people to just hop off and walk over to see us for a few minutes. We have a routine every morning where we get the computers started and clear the desks from the day before. It’s a standard workspace where we focus on the practical side of things. There is usually someone around to answer questions if you walk in. We don’t really do fancy things here, just regular work for the people in the community who rely on us. It’s often a bit noisy with the city sounds outside, but we don’t mind it much.
