Our office for Vedagramam Nidhi Limited is on the first floor of Kalyan Apartments, which is also known as Puthenveettil House. The building number is IX/488 and we are located on Palace Road in Aluva. This is in the Ernakulam district. Being on Palace Road means there’s usually something happening outside. Aluva is a busy place, and our spot in Kalyan Apartments is right in the mix. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have the first floor, so there are some stairs to climb. Inside, you’ll find our desks and the cupboards where we keep all the files. We don't go for anything fancy or expensive in terms of decor. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We spend our days tracking the paperwork and meeting with people who come in from around Ernakulam. Because we are in Aluva, it’s easy for folks to get to us. The 683101 area has a lot of history, and working out of a place like Puthenveettil House feels like we are part of that. We aren't a big, cold company. We are just a few people working in an apartment building turned into an office. We keep our own hours and make sure the books are in order. It’s a bit crowded sometimes with all the files, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we run things here. There is no corporate polish, just people doing work.
