If you find yourself over on Sreekandath Road in Ravipuram, you might see us at the Kelmers Complex. That is where Upayog Nidhi Limited is based. We’ve been here for a while and the location is pretty convenient for anyone in the area. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street, but inside it’s usually pretty calm. We spend our mornings going through the mail and catching up on whatever came in the day before. The office isn't decorated with anything flashy. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full of papers. We handle things as they come. It's just a handful of us here trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is a bit slow or stops working, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day. Working in Ravipuram means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or walk by while they're out doing errands. It's a steady way to work. We try to keep the paperwork simple because nobody likes spending all day filling out forms. It’s just how we do things here on Sreekandath Road. There isn't any mystery to it. We just show up and do the work.
