Unique Builders & Construction

Unique Builders & Construction is located at No-1, Palachuvadu. We are right next to Jama-Ath Public School. It is an easy place to find because everyone knows the school. During the day, you can hear the kids playing outside. It makes the area feel very alive. Our office is just a plain room with a few desks and a lot of papers. We are not into fancy decorations. We just want a place where we can sit down and look at our plans. We have been in Palachuvadu for many years now. Most of the people around here know us by name. We do not do a lot of advertising. People just come to us when they have something they want built. Sometimes we are not in the office because we are out at a construction site. We leave a note on the door if we are going to be gone for long. The traffic near the school can be a bit much in the mornings. We usually try to get in early to avoid the rush. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do. We like being part of the local community. There is no need for anything more than this. We just do our job and go home to our families. It is a good way to live.
