Unicus Agro Private Limited

Unicus Agro Private Limited is our small company based in Thiruvaniyoor. We are at IV/283 C, which is the address we have had since we started. Thiruvaniyoor is a nice enough area with a pin code of 682308. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the agro business and wanted to set up our own thing here. The office is a simple one, and we do not spend more money than we have to on things like decorations or fancy furniture. We would rather focus on the work itself. Being in Thiruvaniyoor means we are close to the farms but also not too far from the city if we need to get there. We do not have any big promises to make. We just do our jobs, day in and day out. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or the phone will not stop ringing, but that is just part of running a private limited company in the agro sector. We like the independence of having our own place. It feels good to go to work at IV/283 C and know that we are building something for ourselves. We are just regular people, trying to make the agro business work in this part of Kerala. There is no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work that needs to be done every morning.
