Turnings Consultancy Services Private Limited is located on the 10th floor of Jomer Symphony. We are in Ponnurunni North, near Vytila in Kochi. Being on the 10th floor gives us a pretty good view of the Ernakulam skyline, though mostly we just see the tops of other buildings and the heavy traffic on the roads below. The elevator in this building is usually quite busy, so we spend a lot of time waiting for it in the mornings. Once we get upstairs, it’s a bit more peaceful. Our office is a decent size, with plenty of light coming in from the large windows. We have a row of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Kochi is a fast-moving city, but inside our office, we try to keep things at a steady pace. It can get a bit loud when the wind blows hard against the windows. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea. Most of our day is spent at our computers, and we don't really have a lot of visitors. The building is modern enough, but our own space is pretty lived-in and messy with papers. We aren't into the whole corporate look, so there are no glass walls or designer furniture here. It’s just a functional space for a group of people working together. Things get a bit chaotic when we have deadlines, but we like it.
