Truecare Nidhi Limited

Our office, Truecare Nidhi Limited, is in a building called Madhavam. It is Door No 454 in Kadungamangalam, Kochi. Being on the outskirts of the main city area makes it a bit quieter than the center of Kochi. It’s a simple house that we’ve turned into an office space. We have a front room where we meet people and a couple of back rooms where we keep the records and the safe. The floors are stone and stay relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. There is just a small board with the name on it. Most of our visitors are people who live right here in Kadungamangalam. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our books. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't use any complicated software if we can help it. A good pen and a clear ledger usually do the trick. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our breaks. It’s a small, friendly team here. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the village. It doesn't feel like a big company. It feels more like a community project that we happen to run. We just try to keep things organized and helpful for everyone who visits.
