Our office is tucked away in Panampilly Nagar. It’s a nice enough area of Ernakulam, a bit quieter than the main city center sometimes. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing. The business isn't anything too complicated. We basically help people figure out their travel plans. It started out as a small idea and grew into this. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable. Some days are busier than others, especially when everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone, checking prices and routes. It's a lot of back-and-forth really. We try to keep things simple. If you come by, you'll see we just have a regular desk setup. Nothing too flashy. We know the 682036 area pretty well since we spend most of our time here. Most of our clients are locals from around Ernakulam who’ve heard about us from their neighbors or friends. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on getting the bookings done correctly so there aren't any headaches later on. It's honest work. We like the process of piecing a trip together, even if it gets a bit stressful during the peak seasons. We just take it one day at a time here in the office. We handle the paperwork, the confirmations, and the little details that crop up. It keeps us on our toes.
