Tmtc Sports Foundation

Tmtc Sports Foundation is based out of Joji John’s place in Alakode. The address is Kalappurakkal, and we use a small part of the house for all our foundation work. Alakode is a beautiful part of Kerala, and being here helps us stay connected to the local sports scene. We don’t have a stadium or a massive office complex. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table with a few registers and a laptop. We spend a lot of our time talking to young athletes and organizing local events. It’s very much a grassroots thing. We didn't want to be in a big city because the heart of sports is often in these smaller towns. Joji has been kind enough to let us use this space for the foundation. Sometimes kids from the village come by to ask about upcoming games or training. It’s a very open-door kind of vibe here. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big marketing budget. We just care about getting people active and involved. It’s a simple life, and the work is hard but we enjoy it. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache, but seeing a local tournament come together makes it worth the effort. There are usually a few footballs or bats lying around the office. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working space and sometimes it shows.
