Talent Sindia

Our spot is in Vyttila, which is one of the busiest parts of Ernakulam. We are specifically located at Jrwa L 11/2 on Lane 11 of Janatha Road. It’s a bit easier to find if you know that the road runs parallel to the Socket School Road. Vyttila is always a mess of traffic and people, but Lane 11 is tucked away just enough to be a little quieter. We call the place Talent Sindia. It’s a simple office where we spend our time managing different things throughout the day. The building is just a regular structure on a residential lane. Inside, we have our workspace set up with what we need to get the job done. It’s not a place for showing off. We deal with people who are looking for help with their skills or finding new opportunities. A lot of our day involves talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit best. The school nearby means there are often kids and parents walking past our gate. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise from the main road anymore. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business for us, and we just keep it moving. No one here is trying to be fancy; we just want to get the work finished.
