Sreeparvathy Initiative India Private Limited

Sreeparvathy Initiative India Private Limited is based out of Kala Bhavan in Vadavoorkonam. It is not some huge office building in a big city. We are right here in the Karodeayira area. The office is basically just a few rooms where we get our work done. We have a small team of local people who know the area well. Most of us have been working together for a while now. It is a private company, but it doesn't really feel like those big ones you see on TV. We wear regular clothes and drink tea while we talk about our projects. Some days things go smoothly and other days we are struggling with the internet or the phones. We don't pretend to be perfect. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Kala Bhavan has been around for a bit, so most people know where to find us if they need to. We handle our own accounts and do our own cleaning too. It keeps us grounded. We don't have any flashy marketing or big slogans. We just focus on the task we have for the day and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us. We know most of our clients personally, which makes the whole thing feel more like a community effort than a business.
