Our office is located in the Ayisha Complex on Banerji Road, right across from the Saritha Theatre in Ernakulam. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people going to the movies. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. As developers, we spend a lot of our time dealing with property and all the paperwork that comes with it. It’s not just sitting in an office though; we are often out looking at land or checking on how a new building is coming along. Ernakulam is always growing, so there is usually something to keep us busy. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns; most people find us because they’ve seen our name on a site or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The office at South India Developers is often full of maps and legal documents, and the coffee machine is always running. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with because that’s the easiest way to work. Being right on Banerji Road means we are easy to get to, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache. We are just a local business trying to do our part in how the city is built up, one project after another.
