You can find us right near the post office over in Nambiapuram, Palluruthy. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the post office is. We’ve been working out of this space for a good bit now. It’s a local neighborhood, so we know a lot of the people who walk past our window every day. The clinic itself is pretty straightforward. We have the waiting area, a couple of chairs, and the small desk where we keep all the records in those big plastic binders. It gets a bit humid here sometimes, but we keep the fans going all day. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just see the sign when they’re heading to mail a letter. We spend our mornings checking the equipment and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. It’s a small operation, just a few staff members who live nearby. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence when it’s not busy. It’s not a high-end place with marble floors, just a regular office where we do our work. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk when several patients come in at the same time. If you’re in Palluruthy, you’ve probably seen us.
