We are over at Skyline House on Rajaji Road. It is a busy area in Ernakulam, right near the Axis Bank. Most people around here know the building. We have been putting up apartments and different kinds of houses for a long time now. It takes a lot of coordination between the people drawing the plans and the ones actually doing the heavy lifting on site. Our office is usually covered in maps and big blueprints. We spend many hours talking to folks who are looking to buy their very first home. It’s a huge deal for them, so we just explain the building process in plain English. We don’t see the point in using those big fancy corporate words. It is really just about bricks, cement, and making sure the plumbing and wiring are done right. There is always some kind of construction happening somewhere in the city. We stay busy with all the paperwork and going out to check on the sites. Rajaji Road can be tough for parking, but it is a central place for us to be. We have watched Ernakulam change a lot from these windows. New buildings are going up every month. We just keep doing our part. Sometimes things get slowed down because of the heavy rain, but that is just how it goes here. We try to be honest with people about how long things will take. It’s just us doing the work.
