Sinciero All In One Facility Management Services is based out of Irumbanam. We do a bit of everything when it comes to looking after buildings and facilities. It is the kind of job where you never really know what the day will bring. Sometimes it’s fixing something that broke, and other times it is just making sure everything is clean and running right. Our office in Irumbanam is our home base. It’s where we keep our tools and where the staff meets up before heading out to different sites. The name of the business is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the people who keep things going. It can get pretty busy and a bit chaotic at times, especially when multiple things need attention at once. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. The office itself is pretty basic. It’s mostly for storage and doing the books. We’ve got a lot of different people working with us who know how to handle various tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary work. Irumbanam is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the area fairly quickly. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and move on to the next thing. It’s a straightforward way of working that keeps us on our toes every day.
