Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Down in Kochi, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is based over at Jos Villa House on T.K.C Road in Vaduthala. Being in Ernakulam District means we get a lot of rain, which definitely keeps things interesting on the construction sites. We have to plan everything around the monsoons, otherwise, we’d just be working in a giant puddle. Our team here is used to the Kerala weather and the way things move a bit differently in the South. We do the heavy infrastructure work, the stuff that keeps the roads and bridges in good shape. It’s a lot of physical labor and a lot of time spent out in the elements. The office in Vaduthala is where we handle all the logistics. It’s a pretty casual place, not very formal at all. We know our neighbors and they know us. Most of the time, you’ll find us looking over blueprints or talking to the suppliers on the phone. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build stuff out of concrete and metal. It’s as simple as that. There’s always a project going on somewhere nearby, and we’re usually the ones with the big trucks making all the noise. It’s a steady life, and we’re glad to be a part of the community here in Kochi. We just keep doing the work, day after day, regardless of the weather.
