We've been at Tharayil Chambers for a good while now. Being right by the Vyttilla Junction on the NH Bypass means it gets pretty loud with all the traffic passing by throughout the day. People usually find us easily because of the location. Inside the shop, things can get a bit cluttered with all the kitchen items we keep around, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy spot. Some days are just filled with unloading crates and making sure everything is where it should be. The staff here mostly grew up around the area so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best lunch nearby. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just handle the orders and talk to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the rain makes the bypass a mess, but we still open up on time every morning. It’s just how it is. You get used to the sound of horns and the smell of exhaust after a few years. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the shelves aren't empty. It's a small team, maybe five or six of us depending on the day. We share stories and drink tea when the rush dies down in the afternoon. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of our regulars are local folks who know us by name, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
